近年網絡詐騙手法層出不窮，大棧 (Maxchoice) 官方網店在此提醒各位顧客提高警惕，切勿輕信不明來歷的訊息，以保障您的個人資料與財產安全。
一、 認準官方唯一渠道
- 官方網址： 本網店之唯一官方購物網址為 buy.hknest.com。請勿透過未經授權的第三方連結進行下單或付款。
- 官方電郵： 本公司與海外買家聯絡運費、或是發送訂單確認信時，唯一使用的官方電子郵件為：mcbuy@maxchateau.com。
二、 三不原則：防範常見詐騙手法
- 大棧絕不會主動致電要求顧客前往 ATM 自動櫃員機、網路銀行或使用手機 App 進行任何「解除分期付款」、「變更付款方式」或「重覆扣款設定」之操作。
- 大棧絕不會在非工作時間要求顧客提供信用卡卡號、安全碼（CVV）或任何銀行帳戶密碼。
- 請勿點擊不明簡訊連結： 本公司寄送之出貨通知、運費通知，均不會附帶要求輸入銀行資訊的外部釣魚連結。
三、 遇到可疑情況怎麼辦？

2. Three Golden Rules to Prevent Scams
- Maxchoice will NEVER call you to request operations at an ATM, through online banking, or via mobile apps to "cancel installment plans," "change payment methods," or "reverse duplicate charges."
- Maxchoice will NEVER ask you to provide credit card numbers, card security codes (CVV), or bank account passwords outside of regular business hours.
