Procedures:
Day 1: Rinse the abalones and soak the abalone in fridge overnight.
Day 2: Then remove intestines and wash its side. Soaked them another overnight.
Day 3: Rub and wash the abalones. Boil it for 10 minutes. Add rock sugar to the pot of abalone. Soak the abalone another overnight.
Day 4: Place a bamboo sheet at the bottom of a clay sand pot. Place the abalones, pork belly, ribs and Jinhua ham on top of the sheet. Add water or soup and heat the mixutre to boiling. Turn slow fire and stew it for 4 hours.
