Jumbo-sized morel mushroom, sourced from Sichuan, are cultivated without any pollution, and only the highest quality mushrooms with intact and clean appearances are carefully selected. These mushrooms are uniform in size, have a rich aroma, and all the stems have been removed, making them easy to handle. Jumbo Morel Mushrooms are rich in protein (over 20%), polysaccharides, various vitamins, and minerals. They can improve physical fitness, strengthen the immune system, and have benefits for kidney health and digestion. They are a delicious and healthy ingredient.

Preparation: Soak the mushrooms in clean water for 30 minutes, then rinse them several times before cooking. They can be stir-fried, braised, or used in soups.

Storage method: Please store them in a cool and dry place below 20°C. If you plan to store them for more than 2 months, it is recommended to refrigerate them to prevent insect damage.
