The partridge is hailed as the king among birds, known for its nourishing properties without causing dryness. It is believed to have various benefits such as nourishing and moisturizing the lungs, invigorating and replenishing the spleen, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, and promoting overall health and fitness.

Our partridges are semi-organically raised without the use of hormones. We ensure they have ample outdoor activities while closely monitoring their living environment and diet, guaranteeing the quality and nutrition of the  partridge meat.

Cooking instructions:
Serving size: 4 people
Start by rinsing the partridge with clean water, then place it in a pot with soup ingredients and add 2 liters of boiling water. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 2 hours. Finally, season with an appropriate amount of sea salt.
